4. General Conditions of Sale

By confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by our General Conditions of Sale, you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s) and/or Service(s), which you have specified in your shopping basket. All orders are subject to acceptance by Yumihiro Japan Health & Beauty / Arleen Ramos Miyakawa General Trading LLC. Within 1 working day of our receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email or call, along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference. Any acceptance of your order by Yumihiro Japan Health & Beauty / Arleen Ramos Mikayawa General Trading LLC is subject to these conditions of sale and to the availability of stock.

All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
4.3 Description of Products
The Products shown in the Website Shop are as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Yumihiro Japan Health & Beauty / Arleen Ramos Miyakawa General Trading LLC does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any certain circumstances which is beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged /defective Product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We shall process and replace the product with the same Products as per the order, at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the Product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team, who will guide you on the process for replacing the product, at our Customer Service number +9714 3355366 or write to us at email@example.com.
Where Products are not damaged/defective we will only accept return of certain Products on a case by case basis under these Terms. The return process for Products ordered through Yumihiro Dubai website can be amended by us, in our sole discretion and may depend on the nature and category of the product ordered.
5.1 CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
a. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective Product(s) within maximum 48 hours of delivery of the Product. Contact our Customer Service number +9714 3355366 or write us at firstname.lastname@example.org
b. Products to be returned must be in the same condition as you received them, unused, including keeping original seal. Unless required by law, used or opened products will not be replaced under any circumstances.
c. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the labels and invoices.
d. It is advised that the returned packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
e. Please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange for collection of your return. One of our shipping partners will pick up your return. Once collected your return will be inspected by us to determine if the return is acceptable.
Once we have found the basis for the return acceptable, in our sole opinion and the Product has been received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original mode of payment. Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 15 workings days. However, we shall not be responsible for the delay in refund due to delay in processes of banks. For all other modes of payment, a refund will be made by way of cheque payable to the person named on our invoice and as provided at the time of order within 7 working days.
6.1 LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
